Head of Sales

Location: Leeds
Salary: circa £65,000 + Bonus + Company Car

We're recruiting for an ambitious and commercially focused Head of Sales to join a successful and growing business based in Leeds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales leader to take ownership of the sales function, develop a high-performing team, and play a key role in driving business growth.

Reporting into the Sales Director/Managing Director, you'll combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, supporting your team to achieve ambitious targets while identifying new commercial opportunities.

The Role:

• Lead, coach, and develop a successful sales team.
• Drive revenue growth across new and existing accounts.
• Create and implement sales plans aligned to business objectives.
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline activity.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and senior leadership to achieve commercial goals.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop future sales talent.

About You:

• Previous experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Manager, or Senior Sales Leader.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and leading successful teams.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
• Commercially astute with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable managing both strategic initiatives and day-to-day sales activity.
• Full UK driving licence.
