We’re recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for a leading drainage contractor working near Rugby, Warwickshire. This is a hands-on, varied role offering consistent work, strong earning potential, and a clear route into a permanent position.

The Role You’ll work as part of a two-person team operating specialist drainage vehicles. The role combines HGV driving with hands-on drainage support work across the highways network.

Key Duties

• Drive and operate HGV Class 2 drainage vehicles (Vacuum Tankers & Combi Units)
• Work alongside an operative to support drainage clearance and maintenance
• Assist in operating specialist equipment to maintain surface water systems
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently

Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Approx. 50 hours per week
• Night shift: 7pm - 5am

Pay

• £18.13 – £18.75 per hour (PAYE)
• Equivalent to £47,000+ basic per year based on typical hours
