HGV Class 2 Driver – Vacuum Tankers

Vector is excited to represent our client, who is seeking HGV Class 2 Drivers to join their team in Croydon.

The Role: HGV Class 2 Driver

Temporary contract for the following dates;

Wed 10th June – Wed 17th June – Days 
Thu 18th June – Fri 19th June – Nights

There will be additional dates covering most of July.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle with vacuum hose and high-pressure water jetting equipment.
• Working closely with a skilled operative, you will assist in the operation of machinery for the clearance and maintenance of roadside drains to prevent blockages and reduce the risk of flooding.

Shift Patterns
 

• Day Shift – 6am – 4:30pm (10 hrs paid per shift)
• Night Shift - 5pm - 3:30am (10 hrs paid per shift)

Pay Rates
 

• Days - £16.50 per hour PAYE
• Nights - £18.75 prt hour PAYE

Requirements
 

• HGV Class 2 Licence with valid CPC.
