The Position - Higher Level Teaching Assistant

The successful candidate will be responsible for covering classes across the school when required, ensuring pupils remain engaged and lessons continue smoothly in the absence of the class teacher. The ideal candidate will have strong behaviour management skills, excellent communication and the ability to build positive relationships with both pupils and staff. Previous experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant within a primary school setting is essential.
