Basic Salary – £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

My client is a household name within the construction market with a very strong footing within the UK. They are looking for an experienced Hire Administrator and someone who has experience within an administrative role, across a busy Hire Desk, to come and work from their Reading Branch.

Key role and responsibilities for this Hire Administrator Role is:

• Preparing orders and quotations
• Ensure “Month End” procedures are followed
• Arranging delivery and collection of orders and materials
• Ensuring that all employees attendance is recorded correctly
• Oversee the allocation and maintenance of transport
• Ensure petty cash, stationery and purchase orders are dealt with effectively
• Keeping the depot, and in particular the hire desk area, tidy at all times
• Be a strong supporting role for the branch
   

Minimum requirements for this Hire Administrator Role is:

• Confident talking with customers at all levels?
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excell, Outlook etc..)
• Experience in administrative roles
• Experience of the hire sector is preferred but not essential
• We are looking for driven, ambitious, professional candidates.
• Commutable to Reading Daily
