We are looking for a nurse-qualified Registered Manager to join an award-winning nursing home provider based in Mansfield. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for elderly residents.
• Develop, support and inspire multidisciplinary care teams within the home.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.

About You

• Must be a qualified nurse (RGN or RMN)

• Previous experience working as a Home Manager, Care Home Manager or Registered Care Manager within elderly care.
• Strong understanding of care quality, compliance and team leadership within a nursing home environment.
• Care Inspectorate registration or eligibility to register.
• Must have excellent knowledge of care systems and clinical governance
