From assisting with daily routines to offering emotional support, your work will directly improve the quality of life for our clients across Hertfordshire. What You'll Do
- Provide personal care and support tailored to each client’s needs, including assistance with washing, dressing, and mobility.
- Support with household tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and shopping.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
- Assist with medication prompts and health-related tasks in line with training and care plans.
- Drive to and from client visits across Hertfordshire, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the care team.
What You'll Bring
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
- Previous experience in a care or support role, ideally within homecare.
- In-date mandatory care training (e.g., Moving & Handling, First Aid, Medication Awareness).
- Valid enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK (essential).
- A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
