HR Assistant Location: Little Eaton, Nottingham
Job Type: Temporary (Ongoing)
Start Date: Immediate
Working Pattern: Part-Time (3 days office-based) or Full-Time (hybrid flexibility available)
About the Role Our client is seeking a proactive and organised
HR Assistant to join their busy HR team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR administration experience looking to support a fast-paced HR function.
Key Responsibilities- Provide generalist HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle
- Process starters, leavers, and employee changes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Support onboarding activities, including preparing contracts and new starter documentation
- Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, handling and resolving administrative queries efficiently
- Maintain and update employee records on the HR system
- Accurately input and manage data using MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support the HR team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Key Skills & Experience- Previous HR administration experience would be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience using HR systems is highly desirable
