An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a growing and award winning organisation based near Brentwood. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll lead a small team and play a key role in delivering a people strategy that supports business growth and performance.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a team focused department, and would suit someone who enjoys strategic thinking, and working closely with leaders across the group.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring the team are high performing and focused on the customer
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver people strategies and initiatives that support growth
- Lead on complex ER matters including organisation change, restructures and consultations
- Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with up to date UK employment legislation
- Support with recruitment and talent management, and workforce planning activities as well as rewards and benefit framework
- Use HR data and insights to support business decisions and continuous improvement
Skills & Experience- Proven experience in a HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Confidence to stop issues early and work strategically
- Experience managing complex employee relations and organisational change
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience leading and developing HR teams
- CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum
