HR & Office Manager (Part-Time)

📍 Ampthill, Bedfordshire (Hybrid) 
💰 Up to £40,000 pro-rata
🕒 Part-Time | 2–3 Days Per Week
🏢 Office-based 2 days per week with flexibility on start/finish times

Octagon Group is a growing Tech & Engineering recruitment business with offices in Ampthill, Bedfordshire with a collaborative team of 15 employees. 

We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused HR & Office Manager to support the day-to-day running of the business. This is a varied position combining HR, office management, onboarding, employee support, operations, and team coordination within a flexible and friendly environment.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting both the people and operational side of the business, helping ensure the office runs smoothly while maintaining professional HR processes and employee support.
