Job Description:

45 Hours / week salaried contract

Will consider Essex, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire & Bedfordshire

Essential Professional Skills;

(Candidate will need to work alone as South East area Primary lead for ID)

Gate safe / DHF or similar professional competency

Supply, fit, replacement, fault finding & upgrade of:

Roller shutters

Sectional doors

High Speed Doors

Smoke & Fire Curtains

Steel doors (security and escape),

Wiring & interface of: Control panels, key switches, battery back-up units

Door closers (face fix, transom and floor)

Panic escape hardware,

Locks & maglocks

Excellent IT ability

Use of a PDA / mobile solution for remote reporting

Excellent customer facing manner

Professional phone manner

Detailed report submission (including finding part numbers etc on line or with suppliers for estimator quotations)
