Could you make a difference to a child who needs consistent support, clear boundaries and encouragement?

Cover People are looking for a confident, patient and resilient TA to support a KS2 pupil on a 1:1 basis.

STRONG BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT IS ESSENTIAL!

You’ll need to stay calm during challenging situations, recognise triggers and use positive reinforcement and de-escalation strategies to help the pupil feel secure and ready to learn.

✨ Your role:

Support learning, engagement and emotional regulation.
Build a positive, trusting relationship.
Follow consistent behaviour strategies and classroom routines.
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO.

You’ll bring:

✅ Experience supporting children with challenging behaviour.
✅ Confident behaviour management and a proactive approach.
✅ Patience, empathy and the ability to set clear boundaries.
