Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across primary schools in Southampton from September 2026.
We are looking for candidates with SEN experience who are confident supporting pupils both on a 1:1 basis and within small-group interventions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you may be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to engage with lessons, develop their confidence and make progress academically and socially.
