Birchrose Associates is proud to be representing a successful boutique law firm in London, which is seeking an experienced Legal PA to support a senior Partner and join its busy PA team.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal PA to provide high-level support to a senior Partner, alongside assisting other fee earners as required. The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organised and confident managing competing priorities, whilst also providing guidance and support to junior colleagues. Duties will include:

• Extensive diary management, including coordinating meetings, international travel and accommodation
• Managing monthly billing, expenses and time recording
• Producing and amending legal documents, correspondence and digital dictation
• Liaising directly with clients and maintaining key professional relationships
• Supporting business development activities, including preparing pitch documents, coordinating events and arranging client meetings
• Managing competing deadlines, anticipating requirements and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts
• Delegating work and providing guidance and support to junior members of the PA team
• Handling confidential correspondence and occasional personal PA responsibilities
• Providing additional PA support to Partners and fee earners as required

This Legal PA role is a permanent, office-based role, working Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Legal PA within a law firm
• Excellent document production, digital dictation and IT skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a demanding workload and competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach
• Experience supporting senior fee earners and confidence in delegating work and mentoring junior colleagues
