We are recruiting for a Legal PA to join a successful and collaborative Private Department, providing high-quality administrative and organisational support to a team of lawyers.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Providing comprehensive PA and administrative support to fee earners, ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities.
• Managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and organising travel arrangements.
• Supporting the full client and matter lifecycle, including file openings, client onboarding, compliance checks and file closures.
• Assisting with legal billing, invoicing, credit control and financial administration.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, fee earners and internal departments, handling correspondence and enquiries professionally.
• Supporting business development activities, including coordinating client events, meetings and maintaining CRM records.
• Liaising with document production teams and other internal departments to ensure efficient delivery of legal support services.

🔹 About You:

• Previous experience as a Legal PA, Legal Secretary or Legal Administrator within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
• Strong diary management, communication and administrative skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
