Logistics Administrator (Part-Time)

Location: Redditch
Hours: Wednesday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Salary: £28,000 – £29,000 pro rata

About the Role

Our client, a busy air and road freight distribution business based in Redditch, is looking for a reliable and organised Logistics Administrator to support the operations team with day-to-day administrative duties.

This role is heavily administration focused and would suit someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Filing and maintaining accurate transport and delivery records
• Closing PODs (Proof of Deliveries) and updating internal systems
• Managing and maintaining operational spreadsheets and trackers
• Handling and escalating delivery or service issues to the relevant departments
• Supporting the operations team with general administrative tasks
• Responding to customer and internal email enquiries
• Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
• Assisting with data entry and system updates
• Helping maintain smooth day-to-day operational processes

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous administration experience within logistics, transport, or distribution preferred
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office packages
• Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Reliable with a positive and professional attitude
