Job Description:

We are recruiting a skilled MOT Technician to join our busy multi-franchise main dealer. This is an excellent MOT Technician opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and professional dealership environment.

Duties of a MOT Technician:

• Complete servicing, repairs, diagnostics and MOT testing across a range of vehicle makes and models
• Provide technical assistance to colleagues with complex diagnostic procedures
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to manufacturer and industry standards
• Carry out test drives and diagnostic checks as required
• Maintain accurate records and comply with dealership procedures
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service as a MOT Technician

Requirements of a MOT Technician:

• Minimum Level 2 Vehicle Technician qualification or equivalent; Level 3 is preferred
• Proven dealership experience is preferred but not essential
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• MOT Tester qualification
• Own tools
• Full UK driving licence with no more than six points
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available
• EV technician certification is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
