Job Description:

Multi Trade Operative
Start immediately with a long-term contract working on void properties. As a Multi Trade Operative, you'll benefit from consistent work and a supportive management team led by an ex-tradesperson.
You'll be joining a well-respected contractor delivering repairs and maintenance across Tamworth. This is a long-term opportunity with a company that genuinely looks after its operatives, offering stable work and a great team environment.
I'd love to hear from anyone who has worked as a Multi Trade Operative, Property Maintenance Operative, or Carpenter within social housing.
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:

• Completing repairs within void properties
• Carrying out carpentry repairs including skirting boards, hanging doors and changing locks
• Completing basic plumbing repairs including changing taps
• Carrying out painting and decorating as required

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:

• A Blue CSCS card
• Previous experience working within social housing
• A carpentry bias with experience across multiple trades
• The ability to start immediately

This Multi Trade Operative role is offering the following benefits:

• £180–£200 per day
• No van required
• Ongoing contract
• Monday to Thursday, 8:00am–4:30pm
• Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm with a full day's pay
• Immediate start available

Location & travel
Based in Tamworth, you'll be working solely across void properties, meaning minimal travel and a consistent local patch. Tamworth is easily accessible via the M42, A5 and A38, making commuting straightforward from surrounding areas.
