Working across occupied and void social housing properties, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to tenants and housing providers.

Typical duties will include:

• Carpentry repairs
• Basic plumbing
• Tiling and patch plastering
• Hanging doors and fitting kitchens
• Minor decorating works
• General property maintenance
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Multi Trader within social housing, repairs or maintenance
• Competent across a range of trades, particularly carpentry
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
