National Account Manager - National Housebuilder Accounts, South | KBB Kitchens

Up to £75,000 + 20% Bonus + Company Car | South

Our client is a genuine market leader in the premium KBB and interiors sector. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager / National Account Manager to take a leadership role, owning National Housebuilder accounts at head office level

The Role

• Regional Sales Manager role owning National Housebuilder accounts at head office level
• Responsible for 4 National Housebuilder accounts
• Support from an experieinced team covers national accounts at regional office level 
• Own and develop relationships with key National Housebuilder accounts at Head Office level, building strong relationships with senior commercial, procurement, and design stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver strategic account plans to maximise sales, specification and market share across agreed National Housebuilder accounts.
• Lead commercial negotiations and secure national agreements, including pricing, product specifications, supply arrangements and promotional opportunities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, influencing product specifications and ensuring the company’s products are adopted across new developments and housebuilding programmes.
• Work closely with regional sales, specification, marketing and customer service teams to ensure national agreements are effectively implemented and commercial opportunities are maximised across each account.

The Candidate

• Experience within KBB, kitchen, bathroom or interiors sector
• Track record managing National Housebuilder accounts at head office level
• Based in or able to cover the South territory

• Up to £75,000 base salary
• 20% bonus
