Overview

Ridings is a respected building services engineering consultancy with offices in Hessle and Leeds and a team of 20+. They're looking for an Office Manager to own the finance function and keep the business running smoothly. It's a varied, trusted role with direct access to the directors.

The Role

• Full bookkeeping in Xero, from sales and purchase ledger to bank reconciliations
• Credit control, cash flow and monthly management reports
• VAT returns, payroll, pensions and HMRC submissions
• Expenses, credit cards, job costing and year-end support
• Office and facilities management across Hessle and Leeds
• PA support to the directors, and support with tenders and accreditations
• Welcoming clients and visitors to the office

About You

• AAT Level 3 or equivalent
• Xero (or similar), payroll and HMRC experience
• Comfortable owning a broad remit in a small business
• Organised, accurate, positive and hard-working
• Power BI a bonus
