About the Role

WINNER Recruitment is looking for an organised, proactive and motivated Account Manager to join our busy on-site team based at WS11 8LD.

This is a fast-paced operational role where no two days are the same. You will play a key part in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our on-site operation by managing bookings, supporting agency workers, liaising with the client and ensuring high levels of service are maintained at all times.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, confidence using computer systems and the ability to make decisions in a fast-moving environment.

• From £30,000 Pa DOE, quarterly bonus 
• Monday to Friday 
• 12:00 - 20:00 shift (flexibility may be required based on operational demand)

• Managing daily workforce bookings and shift allocations.
• Completing on-site worker check-ins and supporting attendance management.
• Liaising with the client to ensure operational requirements are met.
• Managing holiday requests and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting worker queries and providing excellent customer service.
• Monitoring and maintaining on-site stock levels, including PPE and office supplies.
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate administrative records.
• Making informed decisions to support the smooth running of the operation.
• Communicating effectively with workers, clients and colleagues over emails/phone and face-to-face.
• Supporting recruitment and compliance activities when required.
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed at all times.

• Previous experience in a recruitment, administration and operational support role is required.
• Excellent computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Professional and confident telephone manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
