We're looking for PA to Director

Job Overview:
Job Role: PA to Director

Location: London N1

Duration: Initially 3 months (3 days in the office and 2 from home)

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (35 hours per week).

Payrate: £24.55 PAYE - £32.46 Umbrella

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Needs be confident in diary management, managing emails and responding to emails.
• They need to be someone who is good with people and provides good customer service.
• This is because they will need to speak with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. some residents and internal departments etc)

Qualification:

• Ideally would have come from a housing role previously (knowledge of housing regulations etc).
• Experience in diary management, managing emails and responding to emails.
• Experience in MS office, Excel.
