Aspire People is currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Primary School Teaching Assistants and SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a range of welcoming primary schools across Northampton.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils in the classroom to help them achieve their full potential.
Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
Provide one-to-one or small group support where required.
For SEN roles, support children with additional needs, helping them access learning in a positive and inclusive environment.
Promote a safe, supportive, and nurturing learning environment.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school or supporting children with SEN is essential.
A positive, caring, and proactive attitude.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
Must be available to work between 8:30am and 3:30pm.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable, or willingness to obtain one.
