Salary: £95 - £110 per day

TeacherActive is actively recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Primary Teaching Assistants to support Primary Schools across Scunthorpe and the wider area.

We're keen to hear from candidates who have experience supporting primary-aged children and are looking for their next opportunity in education.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you could be working across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, supporting classroom learning, delivering small-group activities or providing 1:1 support to pupils who need additional help.

We recruit for day-to-day supply, short-term cover and longer-term placements, with opportunities for candidates seeking regular work. We'll discuss your experience, availability and preferred year groups to help identify suitable roles.

What we're looking for:

• Experience supporting primary-aged children in a school or relevant educational setting

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential

• Confidence supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs

• Experience with SEND or 1:1 support is an advantage

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills

• A patient, positive and dependable approach
