The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with their learning in the classroom
• Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions
• Assist the class teacher in creating an engaging learning environment
• Support pupils with additional learning and behavioural needs
• Help promote positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing

We Are Looking For

• Previous experience working with children or young people
• Passion for education and helping pupils succeed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic individuals
• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
