£45,000 - £60,000 basic + Company Vehicle + Benefits

We’re recruiting for an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager to join a growing and well-established business delivering high-quality fire and electronic security solutions across commercial and industrial projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and organised Project Manager with experience overseeing fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and integrated security systems from pre-start through to completion.

The Role

As Fire & Security Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple installation projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

You’ll work closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fire & security projects from inception to handover
• Oversee installation teams and subcontractors on-site
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Coordinate labour, materials, and equipment requirements
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure all works comply with industry regulations and standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout delivery

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within the Fire & Security industry
• Strong knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder systems
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and health & safety regulations
• Full UK driving licence – SER-IN
