Job Description:

We are working with a leading furniture retail business that is currently undergoing a significant transformation programme focused on operational efficiency, systems optimisation, and process improvement.

As part of this growth and change journey, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Process & Project Manager into a newly created position that will play a key role in improving business processes, enhancing system functionality, and supporting strategic operational projects across the organisation.

Reporting directly into senior leadership, this role will work closely with both UK and international teams to deliver process improvements and support the ongoing development of Dynamics 365 and CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse, review, and improve operational and supply chain processes
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities to streamline workflows
• Lead and coordinate projects, ensuring timelines, risks, and deliverables are effectively managed
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and international support teams
• Support ERP and CRM system optimisation to improve operational performance and user adoption
• Deliver training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end users
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain data integrity standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience within process improvement and project management roles
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or Lean
• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems, ideally Dynamics 365
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
• Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2 or PMP preferred
