Job Description:

The Project Manager will lead the safe, efficient and disruption-free delivery of capital and maintenance projects across the site. This Facilities Project Manager role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from concept through to commissioning and handover, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, in full and within budget.

As a Project Manager, you will ensure full compliance with CDM Regulations and all health, safety and environmental standards, promoting a strong culture of zero harm. You will develop clear project scopes, specifications and objectives, while coordinating multidisciplinary design and construction teams.

The Project Manager will manage multiple concurrent projects, overseeing budgets, forecasting costs and implementing robust change control processes. You will work closely with contractors and specialists, reviewing and challenging quotations to ensure value and performance.

In this Project Manager position, you will also be responsible for identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure safe and successful delivery. Strong stakeholder engagement will be essential, ensuring clear communication, alignment of priorities and minimal disruption to production.

Additionally, the Project Manager will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support team development and help drive best-in-class project delivery standards across the Facilities function.
