With the opening of our new Central London Bank office, we are hiring into our extremely strong and lucrative Germany desk.. You’ll walk into a hot desk, an established client base, and many live roles from day one. Utlising your German language skills or previous recruitment experience within the German job market, you will be in a fantastic position to gain rapid progression and earn uncapped commission. 

The Role

You’ll join a collaborative team where you’ll become a genuine specialist in your market within the region. Expect to work closely with world class companies, helping them build and grow their engineering and technology functions.

This is a role where you shape your own success. You’ll nurture existing relationships, win new ones, and consistently add value to both clients and candidates. We invest heavily in your development, offering structured internal and external training to help even top billers elevate their game.

If you’re ambitious, there are rapid routes into senior and leadership positions.

What We’re Looking For

• Native or fluent German speaker or experience recruiting in German market
• A collaborative mindset and positive presence in the office
• A competitive, driven personality with a desire to win
