The Role:
- As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work in a full 360-degree recruitment role, managing the entire recruitment process from business development through to candidate placement.Business development and selling recruitment services to new and existing clients (B2B)
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Visiting clients on-site and managing their recruitment accounts
- Conducting face-to-face candidate interviews
- Ensuring all compliance and administrative processes are followed
- Successfully matching candidates to suitable roles and placing them into employment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a similar people-focused role is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, outgoing, and professional approach
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the recruitment industry
- Full UK driving licence or currently learning to drive
