Job Description:
Winshall are seeking a proactive and driven Recruitment Resourcer to support our business in identifying, attracting, and engaging high-quality candidates for our own permanent and contract positions. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing talent, building candidate pipelines, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, databases, referrals, and networking activities.
- Screen CVs and applications against vacancy requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and telephone screenings.
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Write and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Arrange interviews and coordinate communication where required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the process.
- Monitor market trends and provide candidate availability and salary insights.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and relevant employment legislation.
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and have good IT skills.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
