Job Description:

The role:
- Coordinate and conduct candidate registrations both on-site and online, ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified.
- Guide candidates through the onboarding process, providing clear instructions and support where needed.
- Work closely with the Manager to achieve recruitment fulfilment targets and meet client requirements.
- Proactively search CV databases and job boards to identify and engage suitable candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Ensure candidates are fully compliant with legal and company standards prior to placement, including right-to-work checks and reference verification.
- Contact and follow up with referees to obtain employment references in a timely manner.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong and mutually beneficial relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues.
- Act as a reliable point of contact, promoting trust and professionalism at all times.
- Maintain structured communication with candidates, clients, and the wider team.
- Contribute to daily and weekly reporting, updating management on progress against targets and any challenges faced.
- Protect the company from risk by ensuring full adherence to company guidelines, GDPR, and recruitment legislation.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records on all candidates and placements.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous recruitment experience would be beneficial but not essential.
- Confident on the telephone
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal
- Good IT skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise
- Driving licence is essential for this role
Hours and Pay:
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
- 1 hour lunch break
- Early Friday finish of 1pm fortnightly !
- Salary from £26,000 (dependant on experience)
- Bonus Structure in place.
- 22 days flexible annual leave, plus 3 days allocated to our Christmas shutdown, and bank holidays.
