Recruitment Resourcer (Temporary to Permanent)

Location: 1 Crown Court, Cannon Street, London, EC2V 6JP
Pay Rate: £14.80 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Temp to Perm

About the Role

BMSL Group Ltd is looking for a motivated and organised Resourcer to join our team in Central London.

You will support the recruitment team by sourcing candidates, managing applications and helping meet client requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates for vacancies

• Managing applications and maintaining accurate candidate records

• Contacting candidates and coordinating availability

• Writing and posting job adverts across relevant platforms

• Supporting the recruitment team with day-to-day administration

• Keeping candidate details and compliance documents up to date

Requirements

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Good attention to detail

• Confidence speaking with candidates over the phone

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office

• Previous recruitment or administration experience is beneficial but not essential
