Regional Sales Manager

Location: Kent/London-based
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + commission + £600 car allowance

Our client, a respected global manufacturer of high-quality, space-saving solutions, is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to grow its presence within the premium hospitality sector across Kent and London.

Key responsibilities:     

• Develop and deliver a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and secure new business within luxury hotels and venues
• Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximise retention
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and site consultations
• Build relationships with stakeholders including designers and procurement teams
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities
• Attend exhibitions and industry events to promote brand visibility
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts

Requirements:    

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a regional territory
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland

Desirable:     

• Experience within hospitality or consultative sales
• Existing network in the hotel or events industry
