Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for the opportunity to build something exceptional from day one?

An established and growing care provider is opening a brand-new, purpose-built Children's Residential Home in Bracknell, specialising in supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Disorders (EBD). This is an exciting opportunity to lead a premium service from its inception, creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where children can thrive.

The impressive six-bedroom home features luxury ensuite bedrooms, beautifully landscaped gardens, and is currently undergoing a high-quality refurbishment designed to provide an exceptional living environment for the young people in its care.

We're looking for an ambitious and passionate leader who is committed to achieving excellence and building a service that delivers outstanding outcomes.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for establishing and leading the home, including:

• Leading the Ofsted registration process and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Developing and implementing robust policies, procedures, and therapeutic care frameworks.
• Recruiting, developing, and inspiring a high-performing care team.
• Managing the day-to-day operation of the home with the aim of achieving an Outstanding Ofsted rating.
• Building strong relationships with Local Authorities, Children's Services, and commissioning teams to secure placements.
• Managing budgets, occupancy, and financial performance while maintaining exceptional standards of care.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Significant experience managing Children's Residential Homes supporting young people with EBD.
• A proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspection outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Excellent knowledge of children's residential legislation, safeguarding, and Ofsted regulations.
• Existing relationships with Local Authorities and referral networks.
• A genuine passion for improving outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.
