Registered Manager – Nursing Home

Salary: Up to £75,000

Elite Search Associates are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established nursing service in the West Midlands supporting older adults with highly complex needs.

The provider is looking for an experienced manager who can bring stability, leadership, and a clear vision to the service, whilst ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are consistently delivered.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the service, overseeing all aspects of quality, compliance, staffing, occupancy, and day-to-day operations.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and developing a large multidisciplinary team
• Driving quality improvements and service performance
• Maintaining high standards of care and governance
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations
• Supporting staff development, culture, and retention
• Building strong relationships with families, professionals, and external stakeholders

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience managing nursing or complex care services for older adults
• Be a strong operational and people leader
• Have a proven track record of improving and developing services
• Be confident managing compliance, quality, and performance
• Be passionate about delivering outstanding care and outcomes for residents
