💷 £52,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE) + Up to £10,000 Bonus

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for an opportunity to lead a high-performing children's home and take it from Good to Outstanding?

We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to oversee a well-established 4-bed Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) children's home in Redditch. The home is currently rated Good by Ofsted (April 2026) with no requirements or recommendations and is recognised as being on the cusp of Outstanding.

• 4-bed EBD children's home
• Currently rated Good by Ofsted
• No requirements or recommendations from the latest inspection
• Fully staffed management team
• Weekly support from an experienced Responsible Individual with over 20 years' sector experience
• Children attend full-time education outside of the home

To be considered, applicants must:

• Be a current Registered Manager within a Children's Residential EBD setting
• Have achieved recent Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
• Have experience managing homes of a similar size
• Have successfully completed at least two recent Ofsted inspection cycles
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
• Have the right to work in the UK

Desirable

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
• Experience of driving service improvement and achieving Outstanding outcomes

Important Information

This vacancy is only suitable for experienced Registered Managers currently working within Children's Residential EBD services.

Applications from Deputy Managers seeking to step up into a Registered Manager role will not be considered.

Applications from candidates whose experience is solely within Learning Disabilities services will not be considered.
