We're looking for a passionate and driven Registered Manager to lead an established domiciliary care branch in Chester. With an Outstanding CQC rating, a strong foundation already in place and an established team including a Deputy Manager, Care Coordinator and finance support, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a successful service and continue driving high standards of care.

• £40,000-£45,000 basic salary

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the Chester branch

• Maintain the service's Outstanding standards and drive continuous improvement

• Ensure full compliance with CQC and CIW regulations and requirements

• Lead, support and develop the care team, including the Deputy Manager and wider office staff

• Oversee care delivery, ensuring services remain safe, effective and person-centred

• Build strong relationships with customers, families, commissioners and local stakeholders

• Monitor operational and financial performance, identifying opportunities for further development

• Maintain a positive branch culture focused on quality, accountability and excellent care

• Previous experience managing a domiciliary care service

• Strong understanding of CQC requirements and regulatory compliance

• Knowledge of CIW requirements would be advantageous

• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team

• Strong operational and commercial awareness

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care, or equivalent, is desirable
