Job Description:

Role: Sales Account Coordinator

Location: Bedford

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, 08:30AM to 5:00PM

Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum, plus annual bonus 

Fully office based position

OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Sales Account Coordinator to join a well-established, growing client based in Bedford.

Duties of a Sales Account Coordinator:

• Speaking with customers by phone and email.
• Preparing and following up quotations.
• Processing customer orders accurately.
• Managing customer accounts and building relationships.
• Liaising with UK and European suppliers.
• Chasing outstanding quotations and opportunities.
• Upselling additional products where appropriate.
• Keeping customer records up to date.
• Supporting the wider sales team.
• Processing up to 90 customer orders per day once trained.

• Previous Sales Support, Sales Administration or Customer Service experience.
• Someone who enjoys speaking to people and building relationships.
• Naturally curious with a desire to understand customers' needs.
• Able to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive and a great team player.
