Sales Development Representative (SDR) – IT Solutions

£30,000 – £35,000 + Uncapped Commission + Clear Career Progression

Full-time | Office-Based | Uxbridge

An ambitious and rapidly growing IT solutions provider is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its expanding commercial team based in Uxbridge.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, generating qualified sales opportunities and supporting the wider sales team in driving business growth.

Working alongside experienced Account Managers and technical specialists, you'll develop relationships with key decision-makers across a variety of sectors, helping organisations explore technology solutions that improve efficiency, security and business performance.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, is motivated by targets and wants to establish a long-term career within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify and qualify prospective customers across multiple industries.
• Arrange appointments and discovery meetings for the senior sales team.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with sales, technical and marketing teams to maximise business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.
• Develop knowledge of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, infrastructure, managed services and emerging IT trends.

About You

• Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, Lead Generation, Internal Sales or Telesales role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, proactive and resilient with a positive attitude.
• Motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• An interest in technology and developing a career within the IT sector.
• Experience using CRM systems would be beneficial.
