This long established company are looking for a Telesales Executive to join their team. They are offering a salary of up to £35,000, coupled with uncapped commission and realistic OTE of £40,000 to £45,000 in the first year along with fantastic benefits. What will you be doing as a Telesales Executive?
Working as part of an established sales team, you will be Initially making proactive outbound calls to potential customers to build a database. The role will become a mixture of existing and new business as it progresses. Duties will include:

• Promoting and selling the company's range of products and services by contacting key personnel across a wide range of companies within the UK
• Proactively calling potential customers to develop them into accounts
• Discussing customer needs to advise on the company's product range
• Maintaining contact with existing and potential customers to build relationships
• Sourcing leads to find new opportunities
• Managing customer accounts on an ongoing basis to retain and develop them
• Updating the database and passing orders to the admin team
• Developing product knowledge via company and manufacturer training

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous strong experience in a similar role such as Sales Executive, Business Development Manager or Telesales Executive
• You're a people person who loves building strong working relationships
• You're self-motivated, tenacious and target driven
• You have a confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
• Stable work history
• Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook
