Job Title:  Secondary Teacher
Location:  Bridgwater and Taunton
Pay Range:  £130 - £223 / day
Contract Type: Temporary

ANZUK Education is working with welcoming Secondary Schools across Somerset that are seeking Secondary Teachers to join their team on a day-to-day, short-term or long-term basis. This supply position offers the opportunity to positively impact classrooms across a variety of schools in Bridgwater, Taunton and surrounding areas. 


This Secondary Teacher role in would suit experienced Secondary Teachers and Newly Qualified ECTs ready to take the next step in their career.
  
Key Responsibilities of a Secondary Teacher: 

• Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Maintain high expectations for pupil progress, attainment and behaviour. 
• Support pupils’ social, emotional and personal development. 
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers when required. 

The Ideal Candidate Will:  

• Hold UK QTS.
• Be a confident ECT or experienced KS3 / KS4 teacher.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• Maintain high expectations for pupil progress, attainment and behaviour. 
• Have an exemplary commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. 
• Work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and families.
