Their projects combine luxury, innovation, and the latest residential technology, including intelligent lighting, home cinemas, automated blinds, multi-room audio, networking, security systems, and integrated smart home control.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of exciting projects, they are looking for a skilled Intruder Alarm Installer with proven Texecom experience to join their expanding team.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a security professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality installations and wants to be part of something more than traditional alarm work.

You'll be responsible for installing and commissioning Texecom intruder alarm systems within luxury residential properties, working alongside highly skilled engineers and project teams to deliver exceptional results.

While your primary focus will be security systems, the company actively supports engineers who want to develop their skills in AV, smart home automation, networking, and integrated residential technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission Texecom intruder alarm systems to the highest standards
• Run, terminate, and test cabling with excellent attention to detail
• Diagnose faults and carry out troubleshooting across security systems
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors on site
• Deliver exceptional workmanship within high-end residential environments
• Build positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other trades
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining outstanding quality standards
• Provide support on wider smart home and technology installations where required

Requirements

Essential:

• Proven experience installing and commissioning Texecom intruder alarm systems
• Strong understanding of security installation practices and industry standards
• Experience working within residential properties
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Professional, client-facing approach with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Desirable:

• Experience with CCTV, access control, and integrated security systems
• Exposure to smart home, AV, or home automation technologies
• ECS Card or relevant industry qualifications
