⭐ About the Role – SEN Teaching Assistant (Kettering)

As a SEN Teaching Assistant in Kettering, you will:

• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs

• Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, behavioural needs, and non‑verbal communication

• Use visuals, routines and calm communication strategies

• Assist with emotional regulation and de‑escalation

• Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider SLT

• Create a safe, structured and positive learning environment

• Valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
