Responsibilities

• Lead refurbishment and repair projects across commercial property
• Deliver technical due diligence and project monitoring instructions
• Manage contract administration and planned maintenance programmes
• Handle dilapidations, party wall, and statutory matters
• Maintain client relationships across multiple instructions

Requirements

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
• RICS accredited degree
• Senior-level experience within commercial property
• Strong technical exposure across project and professional work
• Proven commercial awareness in project delivery
