Job Description:

Senior Building Surveyor role in City London offering £60,000 – £70,000 with Employee Ownership Trust bonus, discretionary bonuses, permanent contract and full-time hybrid working. This position sits within a multidisciplinary consultancy delivering commercial sector instructions across project and professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead refurbishment and project delivery across commercial assets
• Deliver technical due diligence and project monitoring instructions
• Manage contract administration and statutory compliance matters
• Handle dilapidations and landlord and tenant matters
• Prepare maintenance programmes and reinstatement cost assessments

Requirements

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
• Minimum two years post-qualification experience
• Degree in Building Surveying or related field
• Experience across project and professional work
• Commercial property sector exposure
