Senior Engineer – Major Structural Steel Project

Location: Teesside
Contract: 18 Months
Rate: £375–£400 per day
Contractor: Tier 1 Main Contractor

BOOM!  One of our top clients, a Tier 1 Main Contractor, has asked us to supply them with an experienced Senior Engineer to work on a major structural steel build project in Teeside.

This is a significant long-term project requiring an Senior Engineer with strong experience in large-scale structural steel construction, ideally with previous experience working on massive shed / industrial steel-frame projects.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Engineer on major construction projects
• Strong structural steel / steel-frame construction experience
• Previous experience on large industrial sheds, warehouses, manufacturing facilities or similar major steel structures
• Strong setting-out and engineering skills
• Ability to work closely with the Site Management and Project Engineering teams
• Relevant engineering qualifications and site experience
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and QA requirements
