Senior Estimator | Surrey | £80k-£85k + Package
 
This is a genuinely stable, long-term opportunity with a well-established contractor looking to replace a highly regarded Senior Estimator who is retiring after a successful tenure with the business. The company has a strong reputation, a loyal team and a steady pipeline of work. They're not looking to reinvent the wheel, they simply want an experienced estimator who can take ownership of projects, produce accurate tenders and become a trusted part of the team.
 
The role sits within an established estimating department of four and offers real autonomy, respect and stability. You'll be involved across the full estimating process, working closely with senior management and operational teams, without unnecessary bureaucracy or micromanagement.
 
The Role

• Full ownership of tenders from enquiry through to submission
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents
• Producing accurate cost plans and estimates
• Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams
• Supporting value engineering and commercial input where required

• 5+ years' estimating experience
