The Role 

An excellent opportunity for an experienced and client-focused Senior Mechanical Design - Building Services Engineer to join their team at the office in Dublin. 

• Preparation of mechanical design work from start to finish  

• Produce Mechanical BIM models and construction drawings  

• Manage projects independently from concept through to completion  

• Ensure all designs comply with Irish Regulations, EN Standards, and BCAR process requirements  

• Attend project and design meetings  

• Support site inspections and project delivery  

The Skills 

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering  

• 5 - 10+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience within Building Services  

• Strong technical ability in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering  

• Proven knowledge of HVAC systems  

• Experience in Ventilation & Air Conditioning, Space Heating & Cooling  

• Knowledge of Water Services, Plumbing, Gas Systems, and BMS  

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Magicad  

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills  

• Experience working on projects in compliance with Irish Regulations, EN Standards, and BCAR process  

• Must be eligible to work legally and permanently in Ireland
